At Hello Sudz, each product is handcrafted with care using high-quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our skincare products and for the health and safety of all customers, we cannot guarantee the integrity or purity of products once they have been shipped.

Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review each request individually and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to addressing any concerns fairly and promptly.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
