All you have to do is place the shower steamer on the floor of the shower away from your feet, but where the water will hit the steamer. Or the steamer can be hung in the shower using a mesh bag. As the water hits the steamer the wonderful aroma of menthol and other essential oils will fill the shower. Menthol is known for clearing the sinuses. You will be hooked after the first spa-like shower.
